My Aunt is 80 years old she wanted to see her mother and her grandmother's grave which is buried at this memorial park she hasn't seen them in 25 years since she lives in another state now but she wanted to see them at least one more time. We searched but couldn't find the markers Mrs. York found us and went out of her way to help us find them she was so delightful and helpful. My aunt cried when she found them. We were able to put flowers out and it made her day. It kinda made our day too because their was a double rainbow in the sky and we didn't get rained on. it's almost like they were watching and smiling down on us. Plus it made my aunt so happy it was our pleasure to share that moment with her. Thanks so much to Mrs. York for making that happen we would have searched forever if she had not helped us. Turns out there are plot and row and section markers to help you find your loved ones located on your marker.

My son was just buried there on April 14th 2026 and we visited the gravesite on 7/27 and found a deep hole on the grave, we contacted the person and the office and they pretty much told us they were too BUSY to do anything about it for 2 days, this is SO DISRESPECTFUL to the dead and to the family, especially for the kind of money that it cost us. so SAD, and we originally were told the marker would take 2 months to do once it was paid off and we made the effort to also pay it off in less than a couple of weeks, so instead of it being done THIS MONTH it might be SEPTEMBER. These are UNIQUE why is it taking so long?

My experience with floral garden was very upsetting and hurtful. My mother passed 12-24-25. Was told that her grave marker would be ordered once paid in full. I paid in full on Jan. 7th. I was told it could take about 3 months to come in. I called in March and immediately felt something was wrong after speaking with them. I was told it didn't look as if it had been ordered yet which was very upsetting since it should have been ordered when I paid for it. Made several phone calls over period of time trying to get some answers. What I got was nothing more than repeated and inconsistent lies about it, not to mention spoken to as if I was stupid and couldn't figure out that I was being lied to about it. I can handle mistakes but what I can't accept is when you don't own your mistake and you lie about and try to cover up your mistake with lies. After many calls I finally spoke with 2 different people than I was originally dealing with and they confirmed to me that it was not ordered until after I called to follow up on marker. I was told it would be few more months before it came in. That was in April. Long story short....the marker arrived sometime last week. Almost 6 months later. Th

Shame on you, Floral Gardens Cemetery I was here on Palm Sunday and returned today on Good Friday of 2026 to put flowers out on all my familiesβs graves. I have two sets of grandparents my parents, my sister, my aunt all buried here and the grounds look awful. They have not been mowed. There are leaves and sticks everywhere. The graves are totally unkempt. My sisterβs grave was practically covered over. Shame on you, biggest weekend of the year for the Cemetery in my opinion.

Our service counselor went over and beyond .We were so grateful. We will never forget her kindness she made us feel seen ,heard ,and supportive during our time of grief. Highly recommend Danielle Robertson. Leaving a review seems small for what she did for us. Thank you Danielle .

Although we did not use Floral Garden Park Cemeteryβs services, we can attest to the sincerity and honesty of Keri-Ann, a rep for the cemetery. We spent time going over details re urn placement and all its costs. She did not push, or pull, us in any direction re the many choices. She was quick to address our concerns in person and through texts and emails. Floral Garden Park is fortunate to have Keri-Ann on its staff.

Danielle was awesome! She guided me and supported me through the process. This was a very hard loss for me and I was handling everything alone. Working with her really made it as stress free as possible. Thank you so much! Angela Coble

UPDATE: THE CRACK HAS BEEN REPAIRED! THANK YOU FLORAL GARDENS! (Picture included-November 2025) Update on crack: as of July 13, 2025 the stone has not been replaced. On Feb.13 it was en route from Italy?? Just a comparable local stone would be fine and allow funds to mow and take care of the Veterans area. I could not believe what I saw when I walked down there! What a shame. Pictured below. I first reported this crack from where something crashed into the mausoleum at the top of the hill in front of the chapel on September 9, 2024 in person at the office. As of November 30, 2024 it was still not fixed. I've left 2 messages for the manager to call me back and no one has called. My parents are interred in one of these with the crack. Not sure if this is a structural hazard and an exposure to elements? If I could move them to another cemetery I would. It is disrespectful not to return calls and not to address concerns about our loved ones final resting place.
